Who we are

Michael Lane is a Chartered Engineer and trades as a Planning & Design Consultant.

He is an Affiliate Member of The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and also holds a BSc. in Construction Technology from Bolton St. (DIT), Dublin.

Michael worked in the family business (M Lane & Co Ltd) for a number of years before forming Lane Planning & Design in 2003.

Sean Cotter is a Chartered Engineer (B.E., M.B.A., F.I.E.I., M.I.C.E) who jointly formed Lane Planning & Design in 2003.

Sean undertakes the supervision and direction of site works on behalf of Lane Planning & Design.

Lane Planning & Design has a standard practice of calculating professional fees based on an estimate of the amount of work involved in each project.
